Upon arrival, the front office staff will greet and then escort the patient for a consultation with one of our doctors. The doctor will take a health case history to identify what areas require examination. Then, will take x-rays in the region of complaint, conduct a Surface EMG, administer a Video Fluoroscopy scan (cervical patient), and complete a thorough neurological exam.
After finishing the examination, we immediately will be able to determine whether to treat the patient as a chiropractic, decompression, or neuropathy case. A patient identified as a chiropractic case will receive their first adjustment that day. If the doctors conclude that decompression or neuropathy is necessary, the patient will receive a pamphlet about our programs and scientific evidence showing the effectiveness of our treatments. Since the doctors need to compile the information from the examination to determine an appropriate wellness strategy, the patient will not receive treatment on the first visit
After concluding the visit, the doctors will return the patient to the front lobby to finalize payment and schedule the Report of Findings.
